New repair request

Please fill out the following form for every repair request.
It is necessary to fill in all mandatory fields (underlined).
After filling out the form correctly, the customer will arrange the shipment of the product to VONSCH.
Without filling out the form, the product will not be repaired!
Our company completed the production of this product and accessories in 2018 and its support ended at 31.12.2023. We only provide post -warranty service products to a very limited extent, depending on the type of failure and available spare parts. After completing the form, the repair requirement will be assessed and you will be informed of the solution options.
