VQFREM basic
- real time function: enables precise monitoring of converter operation in time, e.g. fault specification
- built-in control panel "CP": the panel contains alphanumeric 4
x 20 characters display and 9-buttons keypad. The display displays
operating instructions in Slovak language and English and the keypad
is used for parameters setting and changing
- RI suppression filter class A1 (according to STN EN 61800-3)
- commutating reactor "CR": integrated in the frequency converter circuit to reduce current harmonic distortion of power supply. It lengthens the operating life of power capacitors of a converter.
- inputs: 3 analogue inputs, 6 programmable binary inputs
- outputs: 3 programmable output relays 230 V / 3 A (e.g. fault, READY...)
- two sets of adjusting parameters
- setting of desired value: binary 8 speeds, reverse, reset, analogue
signal 0 ÷ 10 V, 2 ÷ 10 V, or 0 ÷ 20 mA, 4 ÷ 20 mA, potentiometer,
external motor - potentiometer
- adjustable acceleration time (ramp-up time) and deceleration time (ramp-down time)
- PID process regulator (also reversal function)
- aic parking of a converter - if analogue input signal is sufficient and the regulation uses PI process regulator
- energetic input power optimalization
- fault history (the converter remembers the latest 10 faults)
- U/f characteristic for constant and variable motor torque
- motor braking - 3 braking modes
- measurement of: fOUT, RPM, UOUT, UIN,
IOUT, analogue input
- modern type SkiiP, SkiiM, IPM - semiconductors, which have lower losses than IGBT. They incorporate an input rectifier and an output inverter and provide complex converter protection (protection against short circuit between output phases, ground faults, overtemperature).

Optional accessories
-
EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility):
PROFIBUS DP | - Vonsch option module PROFIBUS DP enables to control maximum of 99 frequency converters.
ID Number: 077 B HEX |
LON | - enables frequency converter control via electric power network |
GSM | - enables frequency converter control via telecommunication network |
Ethernet | - enables frequency converter operation in industrial networks (communication network for industrial applications) |
- external wall control panel "EWCP": it should be wall mounted (the doors
of electrical enclosure). EWCP uses RS 422 system to communicate with
the converter and can be mounted up to 100m from the converter. The
panel contains 4-lines alphanumeric display (displaying in Slovak
and English) and 9-buttons keypad.
- external manual control panel "EMCP": it is designed for manual control of
a converter. EMCP enables parameters indication and setting. In addition,
it enables that the parameters can be copied from one converter to
another. The rest holds as for EWCP.
- external door control panel "EDCP": it should be mounted on the doors of electrical enclosure. The panel is mounted on the front doors of electrical enclosure so as only membranous keypad is visible and reachable from outside of electrical enclosure. IP55 protection is ensured by this solution. The rest holds as for EWCP.
- output reactor "OR1" (filter du/dt): it eliminates cable capacitance on frequency converter. Output reactor should be connected to the output terminals U, V, W.
- sinusoidal output filter "SF1" - ensures converter output voltage to reach the desired sine waveform. If there is minimum radio interference emission demand (e.g. theatres), screened interconnecting cables between a converter and a motor do not have to be used when using sinusoidal output filter. Sinusoidal output filter completely eliminates overvoltage spikes on output (motor) terminals. It can be connected directly to the output terminals of frequency converter. If using sinusoidal output filter, it is necessary to set sampling frequency (parameter 9.1.1) rating from 5 ÷ 10 kHz and frequency converter cannot operate in vector control mode.
- higher degree of protection - e.g. IP55, IP66 (frequency converter is built-in electrical enclosure)
