Photovoltaic solutions
Photovoltaic inverters convert solar energy into alternating current. Off-grid systems ensure independence from the grid and compensation units optimise energy consumption and reduce energy losses.
Active compensation of reactive power
Active reactive power compensation using NEXICONTROL COMP (STATCOM).
ANPC topology with SiC/IGBT transistors achieves efficiency above 99 % and response under 50 ms.
- Continuous cos φ regulation to 1.0 or required setpoint
- Active harmonic filtering - current THD below 3 %
- Voltage stabilisation even with rapid load changes
- Scalable modules 50 - 200 kVAr (050, 100 - 200)
Self-consumption PV solutions (Zero grid injection)
Given the requirements of the various electricity distribution companies to zero-grid injection, we have extended these options to large
three-phase photovoltaic solutions VONSCH. The high adaptability and robustness of our solutions makes it possible to use them under very
strict conditions of some distribution companies.

Off-grid solutions
In addition to grid-tied PV solutions, we also offer off-grid solutions without the need for any distribution grid or generator.
VONSCH off-grid solutions are based on the cooperation of NEXICONTROL inverters and Li-ion battery systems
with a minimum voltage of 650 V DC, such as NEXISTORAGE.
The range is from a capacity of a few tens of kWh to a capacity of several MWh with a peak power rating of more than 1 MW.

Genset Fuel save solutions
We have developed solutions to reduce fuel consumption of large diesel gensets.
It is a customized solution made according to the equipment, infrastructure and requirements of the end customer.
Features:
Features:
- keeping the genset at a defined minimum load - guaranteeing grid stability
- integration with ComAp controllers for managing and syncing multiple gensets
- remote administration, diagnostics and visualization, made to fit customer requirements and needs
Complete monitoring of power plant with statistics and archive of production
Power plant monitoring made according to customer specifications. It provides comprehensive information on the status of the inverters, power plant itself and its components.
Features:
- Web-based visualization, secure access to the Internet through Ethernet, GSM or DSL
- Automatic notification of alarm status and summary reports via E-mail, SMS or FTP
- Backup of collected data
- Telemetry - Remote access to control system of the power plant
- Expandable with almost any accessories (weather station, power and power factor control....)
Components:
- EWON - industrial modem-router, creates dynamic web pages, data archives, manages alarms, sends information to the user, or creates a VPN tunnel to the local network
- PLC VIPA - communicates with inverters (MODBUS RTU), evaluates the summary variables, processes the signals from external sensors, controls external devices, provides data for further processing
- NAS FTP - storage of the collected data, providing the necessary capacity of the archive
- Weather station - provides weather information

NEXICONTROL
NEXICONTROL is the latest generation of VONSCH inverters for photovoltaic power plants and battery storage systems. These are high-efficiency Active Neutral-Point-Clamped (ANPC) three-level inverters that use Infineon® latest generation power semiconductors.
The capabilities of NEXICONTROL inverters predetermine them for the most demanding applications in renewable energy areas such as solar power plants and battery storage systems of Li-ion or LiFePO4 type (in the GSE version).
Products: NEXICONTROL 400 050, NEXICONTROL 400 100-200
Online monitoring via VONSCH Energy Cloud
For relevant VONSCH applications we offer the web portal VONSCH.CLOUD. From any browser you can see production, 15-minute trends, fault log and CSV export - no installation, bilingual (SK/EN).
