VQFREM 400 The port gantry crane has a 65 t capacity and is used to unload shipping containers from ships. The VQFREM 400 200 frequency converter used, with a nominal power of 218 kVA that can briefly be raised to 435 kVA for up to 10 s, ensures the high dynamics of this demanding drive. This is the largest known power of a frequency converter used on a crane hoist in Slovakia.
