Local source 20 kVA with 62.3 kWh battery storage

An on-grid/off-grid battery system with a three-phase inverter and black-start capability in the event of a supply outage. The system uses BMZ Samsung Li-ion NMC battery modules with built-in balancing and a BMS. The battery modules together with the BMS are installed in a switchboard. The pack voltage is 540 to 740 VDC and the total capacity of the battery assembly is 62.3 kWh. A bidirectional GSE CONTROL inverter designed for battery storage and a three-phase grid is used. The GSE CONTROL 400 inverter is built for lithium batteries. The inverter power is 20 kVA. The system can switch between on-grid and off-grid modes with only brief interruptions. It can power critical loads even during a grid outage, preventing lost profit and unnecessary costs during power failures. The system enables zero export to the distribution network, reduction of 15-minute technical maxima, reactive power compensation, power and frequency control, and battery charging/discharging and forming. The control system and BMS make it possible to manage the power flow between the battery and the grid efficiently, with a long battery life and high reliability. The equipment has a guaranteed service life of more than 7 years. It is an eco-friendly device — minimal self-consumption and no harmful emissions.
