Mobile test benches for manufacturers of mechanical and hydraulic gearboxes

With a custom technical solution and the subsequent manufacture of special test benches with an integrated PC and display, both a Slovak and a Russian manufacturer of mechanical and hydraulic gearboxes gained, through the control system, complete diagnostics of vibration, temperatures, tightness, noise and the torque characteristic of their own products — the gearboxes. This special, easy-to-operate equipment comprehensively handles the archiving of test protocols for every product and the generation of measurement reports. An interesting option is also the control of a proportional valve on the hydraulic bench and speed evaluation on both benches using a Hall sensor, and much more. Torque-based speed control of the drive for the tested gearboxes is provided by a modern VONSCH drive. Two different benches were built — one for mechanical gearboxes for the Slovak manufacturer, and one for hydraulic gearboxes for the Russian manufacturer.
