This document explains how VONSCH spol. s r.o. processes personal data you provide via the request form at vonsch.sk/request, by email, phone or any other channel as part of pre-contractual or business communication.

2. What data we process

From the request form (or any other channel you initiate) we may process:

identification - name and surname, company name, job role,
contact data - email, phone number, country,
request content - segment, technical parameters of the application (voltage, power, environment etc.), uploaded files (schematics, datasheets, photos),
technical metadata - IP address, User-Agent header, timestamps of submission and consent (audit and abuse protection).

3. Purpose and legal grounds

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. While processing your request, your data may be handled by these processors:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) - operated within Microsoft Cloud, EU region. Data does not leave the EU. Microsoft is ISO 27001/27018 certified and bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Web hosting - server located in the EU, log access restricted to a technical administrator.
Email infrastructure - to send you a confirmation and to notify the salesperson internally.

Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR (Art. 15–22) you have the following rights:

right of access - to ask which data we process about you,
right to rectification - if data is inaccurate,
right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") - when the purpose ends,
right to restrict processing,
right to data portability - in a structured format,
right to object against processing based on legitimate interest,
right to withdraw consent - at any time, without affecting lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal,
right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, dataprotection.gov.sk.

6. Security

The form is transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. Data in internal systems is protected by role-based access control. Backups are encrypted. Attachments from the request form are accessible only to authorised employees through an internal system - they are not publicly indexable.

8. Changes to this document

We reserve the right to update this policy (e.g. when adding processors or in response to legal changes). The current version is always available on this page; the date in the header reflects the last update.
