Warranty periods often go beyond the law
Warranty periods provided for individual products are often beyond the law.
Extended warranty periods
After ordering a preventive check-up or signing a service contract or comprehensive care programme, warranty periods are extended accordingly.
24-hour technical support line
Provides technical advice 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or arranges an appointment for a repair or service call, which we carry out as standard on weekdays between 6am and 4pm.

Product warranty service
Warranty repairs are carried out either according to the concluded service contract (where it is possible to agree on repairs within 24 hours or less), or at the earliest possible date after reporting, after agreement with the customer. As a rule, it is possible immediately – up to a maximum of 3 working days.
VONSCH service intervention does not mean just a “traditional” repair visit, which does not say anything about the actual repair, but the full elimination of the fault – as the service department has willing specialists and a stock of spare products or spare parts.
The method of warranty repairs is described in the product documentation – standard frequency inverters up to and including 90 kW must be delivered to the company’s headquarters, for higher outputs our service technician will agree with you the date and method of warranty repair.
A repair request must always be completed for a repair to be carried out.

Product after-sales service
After-sales service is as fast, high quality and affordable as warranty service. The customer is offered options from which to choose and is still provided with free advice, as the root cause of the fault is very often in the additional equipment or technical context and not directly on the product, which only signals the fault.
