Characteristics and advantages
High efficiency
An efficiency of 96.5% is achieved thanks to advanced 5th generation IGBT switching elements, minimized self-consumption and the use of low-loss magnetic circuits made of amorphous metals and ferrite-powder materials.
Parallel cooperation of inverters
The automatic cascade mode allows inverters to work in parallel, increasing the achieved yield by 1.5 to 2%.
Controlled 4-quadrant rectifier
The use of a controlled rectifier ensures a very low proportion of higher harmonic currents (THDi max. 3%) and full reactive control with cos φ adjustable from 0.00 to 1.00.
Automatic phasing into the network
The device can instantly adapt to the frequency and voltage of the grid, ensuring smooth operation.
100% output symmetry
Output power and voltage are fully symmetrical, without the need for a “power balancer” unit.
Decentralised solution
Optimal ratios between the number of inverters, the availability of the PV plant and the price ensure the efficiency of the system.
Integrated protective elements
PV COMP includes DC fusing, leakage current protection, insulation condition measurement, and a built-in AC disconnect switch for quick disconnection in the event of voltage loss or unauthorized mains conditions.
Flexibility of string wiring
The possibility to connect the strings in distribution boxes with DC outlet increases the variability of solutions.
Quick disconnect
The compact unit can disconnect the output contactor within 10 ms in the event of phase voltage loss or unauthorized mains conditions.
Simple parallel shifting
Inverters can be easily shifted in parallel to increase power output as required.
Performance monitoring
Indication of power in kW and kWh produced allows tracking of production for the selected time period.
