The course of custom development
01. Study
At this stage, the customer’s requirements are thoroughly analysed and the feasibility of the project is evaluated. Market research, analysis of existing solutions and identification of specific needs are carried out, which forms a solid basis for further progress.
02. Project
Based on the knowledge gained, a detailed product design is created. This includes the creation of technical drawings, 3D models and the selection of appropriate materials and technologies, while close consultation with the customer takes place to fine-tune the final concept.
03. Production
This stage represents the implementation of the approved project into physical form. The process includes the preparation of manufacturing processes, prototype production, subsequent testing and mass production with emphasis on quality and accuracy according to specifications.
04. Installation
The finished product is installed directly at the customer’s site. The installation process includes assembly, integration into existing systems and final setup, with the necessary tests to ensure optimum functionality.
05. Training
We provide expert operator training so that the customer can effectively use and maintain the new system. The training includes practical instructions, demonstrations and recommendations for dealing with common situations, ensuring long-term satisfaction and safe operation of the equipment.
