Backup power for the elevator drive in home for pensioners was designed and intended for short-term emergency lift mode ( immobile patients transfer ) in the case of power failure. The existing elevator switchgear was enriched with batteries enclosure and
VONSCH converters enclosure. This solution is managed by an elevator according to the original design,it can be manually switched to a backup system and powered by batteries during power failure.
Batteries enclosure is connected to the VONSCH converters enclosure. This enclosure is connected to the existing switchboard for elevator control of the lift. Hydraulic drive unit is connected to the elevator control cabinet inverters.
In the presence of the power supply unit is connected to a hydraulic motor contactors in the converters enclosure according to the original plan and is managed by the original logic. In case of power failure motor is switched to
wye connection by the contactors and is controlled by the UNIFREM 400 011M frequency converter. In case of power failure, control circuits of the elevator supplied from the UNIFREM 002M inverter.
In the presence of the supply voltage batteries can be automatically recharged.
